Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

1. Introduction

Jaaspire ("Jaaspire," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Jaaspire, Inc., a company registered in Delaware, USA, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Jaaspire website, mobile applications, and related services (the "Service").

It also describes your rights and choices and how we comply with global privacy laws, including the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA ("CCPA"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service. By using Jaaspire, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Adults only. Jaaspire is intended solely for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. See Section 12 (Children).

2. Information We Collect

We collect "Personal Information" (personal data) meaning any information that identifies, relates to, or can reasonably be linked to you, including information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.

a. Account and Contact Information. Name, username, email address, password, and profile details (e.g., biography or photo) you provide on registration.

b. Age and Identity Verification Information. Because Jaaspire is restricted to adults and enables Creator payouts, we verify identity. This includes government-issued identification, date of birth, and, where required, a selfie or likeness image used to confirm the ID belongs to you. We use this information solely to confirm you are at least 18 and to comply with legal, tax, and anti-fraud obligations. Raw identification images and selfie/likeness images are retained only for as long as necessary to complete and validate verification and are then deleted within 30–90 days. We retain only a minimal record that verification occurred and its result — not the underlying document images — for our longer compliance period (see Section 8).

c. Content and Communications. The content you create, upload, or share — posts, photos, videos, comments, and messages — including any personal information contained in it, and information you provide when you contact support.

d. Payment and Financial Information. Jaaspire offers two separate payment flows, and we collect different information for each:

Subscriptions. Paid subscriptions to Creators are billed directly through the Apple App Store (In-App Purchase), Google Play Billing, or our web payment provider, depending on how you access the Service. When you subscribe through an app store, that platform — not Jaaspire — processes your payment and manages billing, renewals, and cancellation. Jaaspire does not receive or store your full payment card number in connection with app-store subscriptions; we receive transaction confirmations and limited records (such as a transaction identifier, subscription status, and the amount) needed to provision access and account for revenue.

Stars. Jaaspire's virtual app credits, "Stars," is purchased through the applicable app store or our web payment processor and used to reward Creators (a "Star reward") and to unlock premium content. Our payment processor handles Stars purchases on the web; app-store purchases of Stars are handled by Apple or Google. Jaaspire does not store your full payment card number on either rail. We retain transaction records (amount, date, Stars balance and ledger entries, and a processor or store transaction identifier) needed to operate the Stars system, provide receipts, prevent fraud, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

e. Creator Payout and Tax Information. If you are a Creator and make revenue on the Service, we collect the information needed to pay you and to meet our tax-reporting duties: legal name, payout account details (e.g., bank or payout-provider information), address, and taxpayer identification information (such as a W-9, W-8, or local equivalent). We retain this information as described in Section 8.

f. Device and Usage Information. Information collected automatically when you use the Service, including IP address, device identifiers, device and browser type, operating system, app version, pages and content viewed, referring/exit pages, and interaction data. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 9).

g. Content Moderation and Safety Information. Information we generate or receive in connection with reviewing content and accounts, including content classifications, moderation and review outcomes, the basis for a decision, reports or complaints submitted by you or other users, and enforcement history (see Section 4).

h. Information From Third Parties. Information we receive from app stores and payment providers (transaction confirmations, subscription status), analytics and fraud-prevention partners, and others who interact with you on the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use Personal Information to:

  • Provide and operate the Service — create and maintain your account, host and deliver content, enable subscriptions, Star rewards, and premium access, and process related transactions.

  • Verify age and identity — confirm you are at least 18 and authenticate Creators for payouts and compliance.

  • Process payments and payouts — provision purchases, account for revenue share, pay Creators, and maintain financial records.

  • Review, moderate, and curate content — review User Content and related signals, using automated systems and human review, to enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy and to determine how, where, and to whom content is displayed, recommended, limited, or removed (see Section 4).

  • Communicate with you — send service messages, transaction confirmations, security alerts, and support responses.

  • Maintain safety, security, and integrity — detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, prohibited content, and violations of our Terms.

  • Comply with legal obligations — including tax reporting, recordkeeping, and responding to lawful requests.

  • Improve the Service — understand usage, troubleshoot, and develop new features.

  • Marketing — where permitted, send promotional messages, from which you may opt out at any time.

Legal bases (GDPR). We process Personal Information based on: performance of our contract with you (operating the Service); compliance with legal obligations (age/identity verification, tax, recordkeeping); our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, content moderation and platform integrity, improving the Service), balanced against your rights; and your consent (e.g., certain cookies and marketing), which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Content Moderation, Review, and Visibility

To maintain a safe, lawful, and trustworthy Service, we review User Content and the signals associated with it using a combination of automated systems and human review. As part of operating the Service, we process your content and related data (such as classifications, metadata, and user reports) to enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy and to decide how, where, and to whom content is made available.

a. Moderation outcomes. Content submitted to Jaaspire is assigned a moderation status that governs its distribution. Without limiting our discretion, content generally falls into one of the following categories:

  • Approved. Content that satisfies our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy may be eligible for distribution in the general feed and other discovery surfaces of the Service.

  • Not Recommended. Content that we determine may be unsuitable for broad distribution, but that does not violate our Terms, may be limited in reach. Such content is not surfaced in the general feed or in discovery or recommendation surfaces, but may remain available to the relevant Creator's followers or subscribers, or to others to whom the Creator has made it available, consistent with the Service's visibility settings.

  • Disapproved. Content that violates our Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law (including, without limitation, prohibited content) may be rejected and not published, removed after publication, and retained or reported as required for safety, legal, or compliance purposes.

b. How we decide. Moderation determinations may rely on automated classification, human review, your account and content history, reports from other users, and applicable legal requirements. We may apply, change, or remove a moderation status at any time.

c. Our discretion. Moderation, ranking, recommendation, distribution, labeling, and visibility decisions are made by Jaaspire in its sole discretion. We may, at any time and without prior notice, decline to publish, limit the distribution of, remove, restrict, label, age-gate, demote, or otherwise act on any content or account, for any reason permitted by law, including to protect the safety, rights, integrity, or reputation of the Service, our users, or third parties. Nothing in this Policy obligates Jaaspire to publish, recommend, distribute, or retain any particular content, or to apply any particular moderation outcome.

d. Automated decision-making. Some moderation determinations are made by automated means. Where required by applicable law, you may have the right to request information about, or human review of, certain automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. To make such a request, contact us using Section 13.

e. Data generated by moderation. Moderation activity generates Personal Information described in Section 2(g), which we use to operate and improve the Service, enforce our Terms, maintain safety and security, and meet legal obligations. We retain this information as described in Section 8.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your Personal Information. We share it only as described here:

  • Payment and app-store providers — Apple, Google, and our web payment processor, to process subscriptions and Stars purchases.

  • Service providers — vendors who host, support, secure, moderate, and analyze the Service under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

  • Creators — limited information (such as username and subscription/reward activity) necessary for Creators to provide their content and services to you.

  • Legal and safety — to comply with law, enforce our Terms, protect rights and safety, or respond to lawful requests.

  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. International Data Transfers

Jaaspire is based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries. Where we transfer Personal Information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum), or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

7. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information, including encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data, access controls, and least-privilege restrictions. Identity-verification images are held under heightened access restrictions and short retention (Section 2b). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law.

  • Raw ID and selfie/likeness images: deleted within 30–90 days of completing verification.

  • Financial, payout, transaction, and tax records: retained for seven (7) years to meet tax, accounting, and legal-recordkeeping obligations.

  • Account information: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, subject to legal-retention and dispute-resolution needs.

  • Verification result record: a minimal record that verification occurred (not the images) is retained for our compliance period.

  • Content moderation and safety records: retained for as long as necessary to operate and secure the Service, enforce our Terms, address repeat or related violations, and meet legal or compliance obligations.

When retention is no longer required, we delete or de-identify the information.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and (where permitted) marketing. You can manage cookies through your browser or device settings and, where required, through our consent tools. Some features may not function properly if certain cookies are disabled.

10. Your Privacy Rights
